We offer worldwide shipping to all the countries. We are using DHL as the default shipping service, but due to the policies and customs conditions from different countries, the shipping service will be changed for several countries to minimize the processing time of the package.
For orders under $89.99, a shipping fee of $6.99 is required.Orders over $89.99 for free shipping. Once the package is dispatched, you will be able to receive a tracking number for your reference by E-mail. Shipping Process

Recently our system detected some scam orders, and it causes a manual check for order situation, which would take less than 5 business days to check your order items. Import Duties
Customs and import duties and fees may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination country, such extra fees will be charged to the recipient by DHL / FedEx / EMS / SF-Express or your local customs office directly. RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
1. Time limit for accepting returns:
Consumers have the right to apply to the company for a return (or replacement) without reason within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. For quality problems after inspection, under special circumstances, we will not only replace new products, but also accept returns, and we will refund the full payment for the products with quality problems.
2. Applicable conditions for return and refund: When the purchased goods of the user meet the following conditions, the return and refund service can be used:
(1) Quality problems: the product has obvious quality problems;
(2) Does not meet the order requirements: the product model is wrong/less issued/function damaged;
(3) Return application that has been confirmed on the website;
(4) Damage to the outer packaging of the product does not affect the inner product
(5) Damage or stains caused by the customer may result in a partial refund up to 50% of the total payment.
3. Measures users need to take:

4. How soon will the user receive the refund:
Under normal circumstances, after the user submits the return application, the refund will be completed within 1 to 2 working days after the review is approved.

6. Who will bear the return handling fee and postage?
There is no handling fee for returning the goods, but the user needs to bear the postage expenses. If there is any quality problem, we will refund the postage to the user in full.

We have years of experience and invaluable knowledge about the garments we stock. 99% of the time we should be able to advise you which size, style or brand you should choose, so make sure you have some measurements on hand.
Here’s what to measure:
Neck
Take a shirt that fits you, lay the collar flat and measure from the centre of the button hole to the far end of the button. Or measure around your neck where a business or collared shirt would button up.
Chest
The tape should be around your chest at its largest point. If you are measuring for suits and jackets it pays to measure over a shirt.
Waist
Measure around your midsection at its largest point.
Belt Line
Measure over a shirt only at the point where the trousers/pants are normally worn.
In Leg
Lay a pair of trousers flat and measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the trouser leg. If you can, find a pair of well fitting pants that are a similar style.

Cold Wash, Air Dry
Machine wash in cold water and lay flat to dry. This helps protect the life of the clothes and the shape of your gear.
Taking Care of Bright Colours
We suggest you:
1:Wash bright colours alone before you wear them
2:Continue washing bright coloured gear with similar colours
3:When wet, keep bright coloured gear away from other fabrics
We recommend:
1:Machine wash cold with similar fabrics
2:Avoid fabric softeners and abrasive fabrics/materials
3:Hang to dry (or tumble dry on low)
How to track my order?
You will receive a shipping notice email once your order has shipped, which will contain information to track your order like tracking number and a tracking link. Check spam/junk email in case you missed them.

My tracking has not been updated for an extended period of time.
On one hand, shipping information would be interrupted as internal error of carrier happen, which doesn’t impact delivery date.
On the other hand, some delay issues did occur like Customs reviewing and backlog of post office warehouse.
But no worry about that, we have an outstanding team who are monitoring the in-transit package at the daily basis and taking urgent measures to ensure the shipping more quicker and safer.

I don't receive my order after the estimated time of arrival.

Note: It is not easy to locate the package. If order has shipped over 2 months, so claim request can only be accepted within 2 months.
I did not receive my part order.
If you're missing part of your order, it's possible it could have been sent in more than one packages. If this is the case, you will have received one shipping email per package.
In the rare instance that an out-of-stock item is not expected to come back in stock, we cancel the order for that item and please check your emails (including junk/spam) to see if you've been sent an email about it going out of stock and refund has been issued already.

My order was divided into two or more packages.
In some cases, we may need to send an order in multiple packages that may arrive on different days and we want your order can be arrived earilier. When we do, we provide tracking information for all packages, as well as details on which items you can expect in which package.
I am not in when my order arrives.
Some of our carrier will allow you to add instructions for the driver or a preferred safe place / neighbour for your package to be left with if you're not in.
But on other occasions, if carrier was unable to deliver this time it may be held at the nearest post office for several days and waiting for picking up. It will need your help to contact with local carrier ASAP.
Note: Package will be returned to the sender if long-time unclaimed occur.
I haven't received my order but tracking information shows delivered.
It is possible sometimes packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will likely be delivered shortly after.
1) You might check the delivery location to see if it is matched with the address you provide previously.
2) You might also check in your mail box ,locker and some safe places/drops around your house as well as with your neighbours and post office for more information.

I want to cancel the order and stop delivery.
The order cannot be cancelled once shipped but you can refuse when it arrives at your door. We will issue refund when we received the package returned to our sender address.
Are there any additional charges?
Normally you will not be charged. But in rare cases, your package may be charged customs or import duties,the amount is depended on the value of your order, if your package is charged, it is up to you to cover these costs.
